Submission Tips & Collective Care

Welcome, lunar confessor.
This is your space for heartbreak, healing, and all the quiet transformations in between. Whether your story wishes to remain unseen or find resonance in another’s night, your voice is honored here.

This archive is for every voice, across all identities. There’s no wrong way to confess—no single flavor of heartbreak. Each story adds to the lunar tide. Bring your voice in all its difference—fragmented, quiet, bold, or wild. This is a container for plurality.

What Matters Most

  • Radical Safety—for You and Others

    • Share only what feels right for where you are.

    • Leave out names, faces, or any specific details that might identify you or others.

    • Artifacts and images are welcome—just ensure no faces or uniquely identifying features are visible.

  • Collective Care

    • Stories often hold more than one heart; please respect the privacy of everyone involved. Don’t share another’s story or image without their clear consent—even in fragments.

    • As part of a widening constellation, protect others in your orbit as you protect yourself.

  • Consent & Choice

    • You always choose how your submission is held:

      • Private: Seen only by me.

      • Anonymous or Credited Sharing: On the site, at events, or through ritual/social channels.

    • You can change your mind about permissions at any time.

    • If your story includes criminalized or sensitive experiences, consider anonymizing even further. For your safety, certain details may be withheld when sharing.

  • Role Clarity & Support

    • I am an artist and ritual witness, not a counselor or therapist.

    • If your heartbreak involves harm, abuse, or crisis, please reach out to the resources below for immediate and confidential help:

      • RAINN: 1-800-656-HOPE | rainn.org

      • National Suicide Prevention Lifeline: 988 | 988lifeline.org

      • The Trevor Project (LGBTQ+): 1-866-488-7386 | thetrevorproject.org

  • Submission Practice

    • Submit your offering in any form: writing, audio, or digital artifact.

    • Pause and review before sending. Check again for identifying details—share only what feels ready, unfinished or messy entries are welcome.

    • Email is optional and only used to notify you or invite you to future rituals; it will never be published or shared without your consent.

  • Technical Submission Tips

    • Prevent accidental loss:
For longer entries, write in a notes app, Word, or email and paste it into the submission form. This helps protect your story from accidental loss if your internet drops or the page resets.

    • If submitting audio:
Save a copy of your recording before uploading.

    • Final review:
Sit with your submission before sending. Does it feel safe? Have you removed names or details that could identify yourself or others?

This space is for you, your experience, and the gentle tending of every story. Every submission is an act of trust—received with care, privacy, and without judgment. You belong in this constellation, and your heartbreak has a home here, just as you are.
